Warranty Information

Product Repair Instructions:

For product repair issues, please fill out the product repair request form in detail, describing the malfunction. Then, send the repair item along with the product warranty proof (warranty card, invoice, or related purchase proof) to our company's repair department. The repair department will process the issue based on the described malfunction.

    Product Repair Request Form

    1. When sending a product for repair, it is recommended to include all attached accessories along with the main unit. Please list the accessories and their quantities on the repair form. When the product is returned after repair, only the accessories confirmed at the time of receipt will be returned.
    2. If the product is sent for repair within the warranty period, customers can deliver it in person, by mail, courier, or express delivery. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, the product can be delivered to the original purchasing dealer or a repair collection station authorized by the company for delivery to our repair center. Once the product is repaired, the company will be responsible for returning it to the customer or to the original purchasing dealer or repair collection station.
    3. Before sending the product for repair, please ensure it is properly packaged and protected. Sufficient cushioning material should be used to prevent damage during transport. If sending multiple products for repair, please package them separately and fill out individual product failure repair forms for each item. If any damage occurs during transport due to improper packaging, the sender will bear the cost of the damaged parts, and the company will not be liable for compensation.
    4. If the content of the product failure repair form does not match the actual product being sent for repair, the information provided by the company's repair department upon receipt of the product will prevail.
    5. The repair start date will be based on the date the repair department at our company creates a service order after receiving the product.
    6. Our company is only responsible for hardware repair and does not handle data recovery or storage for customer hardware (such as computers or storage devices). Customers must ensure they back up their data before sending the product for repair. If any data is damaged or lost from the customer's hardware during the repair process, our company will not be held responsible.
    7. All products for on-site repair will be received at the second-floor counter and then transferred to the repair staff for processing. No immediate on-site testing or repairs will be conducted to avoid long wait times. Once the repair is completed, we will notify the customer via SMS to pick up the repaired product.
