What is HDBaseT

HDBaseT brings revolutionary changes to the audiovisual market. Compared to existing solutions, HDBaseT offers richer features, longer transmission distances, and better performance. At its core, HDBaseT uses a single 100-meter/328-foot standard network cable to transmit uncompressed ultra-high-definition audio and video, Ethernet, control signals, USB 2.0, and up to 100W of power, known as 5Play™ technology.

RS-232 IN: Connect to PC, laptop, or other serial control devices
LAN: Connect to Ethernet devices or local network
POWER LED: LED indicator lights up when the unit is powered on and receiving power via PoH
LINK LED: Lights up when the transmitter and transmitter are connected, indicating the receiver is properly connected and communicating

IR2 BLASTER: Connect to the IR Blaster to transmit IR signals to devices within direct line of sight of the IR Blaster
IR1 EXTENDER: Connect to the provided IR Extender
CAT5e/6/7 OUT: Connect to Cat.5e/6/7 cable for transmitting all data signals

1. Purpose of Data Collection
