PRIVACY POLICY

"UPMOST TECHNOLOGY CORP." (hereinafter referred to as UPMOST) has always respected and made efforts to protect users' privacy. However, due to the unique nature of the Internet, UPMOST will interact with users. Personal data will be retained during the operation of the UPMOST website. By understanding the users, UPMOST will provide better content and more user-friendly services.

    1. UPMOST is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal data. UPMOST will only provide users' personal data to business partners and sponsors with the user's "consent."
    2. If a user's data is to be shared with a third party, UPMOST will notify the user before the data is used. If the user does not wish for their data to be shared, they can choose not to use specific services or not participate in certain promotional activities or contests.

    However, if exercising the above rights results in a reduction of your benefits from UPMOST's electronic newsletter services, UPMOST will not be liable for compensation. Additionally, in accordance with Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the company may charge administrative fees.

If the personal data you provided is reported and the company finds it insufficient to verify your identity, or if there are cases of identity theft, misuse, or incorrect data, or if requested by the competent authorities or email server management entities/institutions, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the delivery service to your associated email account.
