What is Video and Audio Capture?
Video and audio capture refers to the process of recording both video and sound and saving them as digital format files. Video capture devices are divided into software compression (soft compression) and hardware compression (hardware compression). The difference is that software compression products perform 100% of the calculations via the computer's CPU, while hardware compression products use an integrated core chip to handle the calculations, significantly reducing the CPU usage of the computer and enhancing the capture effect.

For desktop computers, software compression capture cards can be used, while for laptops, USB interface software compression capture devices or standalone hardware compression devices that do not require a computer can be chosen for recording.

The types of personal data collected on the "UPMOST" website include C001 Identifiers, C011 Personal Descriptions, and C003 Identifiers in Government Data.
